As well, the Siliconix JFETs have the lowest gate leakage in the industry – offering high accuracy performance ( 2N4117 ). The new, “Ion Implant” JFET offers low input capacitance and low operating voltage/current, which is great for impedance converter applications ( SST90 family – NPBA-A ).
In other noteworthy news, Siliconix is now offering low density trench power MOSFETs, with super low ‘on resistance’ that are now available in bare die form. Siliconix is on the competitive edge of technology and having wafer fab capabilities to service both commercial and military applications, makes them a powerful source for bare die applications.
