Since 1974, Central Semiconductor has manufactured bare die devices for integrated, space-constrained applications.
A wide range of standard and innovative discrete semiconductors are available, including diodes, rectifiers, transistors, MOSFETs/JFETs, silicon carbide, and thyristors. Bare die products are available as full wafers, sawn wafers on frames, or packed in chip trays.
Custom device development is also possible including special wafer diffusion, alternate metallization, and parametric screening. New technologies are continuously added to Central’s bare die portfolio.
